Program Description

Superior Surface Solutions LLC ("SSS") operates a text messaging program ("Superior Surface Solutions Messaging") that sends operational job-coordination messages to our business contacts — including builder superintendents and subcontractor installation crews. Messages include job dispatch and crew assignments, template and installation scheduling reminders, schedule changes, material arrival updates, and job completion confirmations. Messages are sent from (337) 455-7434.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Superior Surface Solutions — during subcontractor onboarding, in the course of business as a builder contact, or by requesting text updates — you agree to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on job activity. You may receive several messages per week during active projects.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SSS does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, provide your mobile number to our office again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
