Program Description

Superior Surface Solutions LLC ("SSS") operates a text messaging program ("Superior Surface Solutions Messaging") that sends operational job-coordination messages to our business contacts — including builder superintendents and subcontractor installation crews. Messages include job dispatch and crew assignments, template and installation scheduling reminders, schedule changes, material arrival updates, and job completion confirmations. Messages are sent from (337) 455-7434.

Consent and Opt-In

Enrollment in the messaging program is voluntary. You can opt in by completing the SMS opt-in form at https://www.sss-la.com/sms-opt-in or by texting START to (337) 455-7434. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, engagement, purchase, or doing business with Superior Surface Solutions, and declining to opt in does not affect your business relationship with us. You will receive a confirmation message when you opt in, and opt-in records are retained.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on job activity. You may receive several messages per week during active projects.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SSS does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, opt in again at https://www.sss-la.com/sms-opt-in or text START to (337) 455-7434.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
